Whatrite is not responsible for the content of messages you send, actions taken by Meta or WhatsApp against your business account, or any loss arising from your misuse of the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws and WhatsApp policies.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be error-free. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
