We collect only what is necessary to deliver our service:

• Phone numbers – of your WhatsApp Business accounts and your contacts
• Messages – content sent and received through the WhatsApp Business API
• Metadata – timestamps, delivery status, campaign identifiers, and account settings

• Enable WhatsApp messaging via the Meta Business API
• Power broadcast campaigns and scheduled messages
• Run reply automations and AI-assisted responses (when you enable the feature)

We use your data to:

• Process and store messages on your behalf
• Deliver outbound and inbound messages via the WhatsApp Business API
• Generate campaign analytics and reports

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

We share minimal data with the following sub-processors, solely to operate the platform:

• Railway – cloud hosting and infrastructure
• OpenAI – optional AI features (only when you enable them)
• Anthropic – optional AI features (only when you enable them)
• Meta / WhatsApp – messaging delivery via the official Business API

AI-powered reply suggestions and automations are an optional feature. They are disabled by default and only activated when you explicitly turn them on. When active, message content is sent to our AI providers (OpenAI / Anthropic) solely to generate a response — they do not retain your data for training.

We retain your data only for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to:

• Access – request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Delete – request permanent deletion of your account and data
• Opt-out – disable AI features or unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time

Whatrite is built on the official WhatsApp Business API. We:

• Process only the minimum data required to deliver messages
• Never send messages to users who have not opted in
