We're a Business Solution Provider (BSP) on the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform. That means your numbers, templates and conversations go through the official Meta Cloud API — never via grey routes or unofficial gateways.

The Indian WhatsApp marketing market is full of platforms that mark up Meta's conversation fees, charge per agent seat, and put basic features — especially AI — behind expensive tiers. We thought that was backwards.

Whatrite exists to flip three things:

• Zero markup on Meta's conversation fees. You pay Meta what Meta charges. We charge a flat platform fee on top, nothing more.

• AI bot trained on your business — uses Claude or GPT-4o, grounded in your own knowledge base, with handoff to humans.
• No-code chatbot builder for guided flows, qualification and routing.
• Broadcast campaigns & drip sequences with template management, opt-in tracking and granular analytics.
• Contacts CRM with custom fields, tags and segments — synced automatically with Meta.
• A clean developer API with typed payloads, signed webhooks and predictable rate limits.

• India-first. Defaults — phone format, currency, payment methods, GST invoicing — assume an Indian customer. The platform is architected to extend internationally as we grow.
• Engineering discipline. Type-safe stack end-to-end (TypeScript, Drizzle ORM, Zod validation), AES-256-GCM encryption at rest, error monitoring via Sentry, and zero direct production data access for non-engineers.
• Compliance posture. Aligned with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We provide a Data Processing Addendum and a published list of sub-processors.
